Refund policy

At Sass Bazzar, we aim to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Return Policy
We currently do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, size issues, or personal preferences. All purchases are considered final unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Eligible Cases for Exchange / Refund
We only offer exchange or refund in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product received is defective

  • Wrong item delivered

3. Reporting an Issue
To be eligible, you must:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email us at sassbazzar@gmail.com

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

4. Verification Process
Once we receive your request:

  • Our team will review the evidence

  • We may ask for additional details if required

  • Approval is subject to verification

5. Exchange / Replacement
If approved:

  • A replacement product will be shipped at no extra cost

  • If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method (via Razorpay)

7. Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Requests made after the allowed reporting window

8. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation may not be possible as the order may already be processed.
